Projects typically follow a systematic process involving five integrated key phases:
Establishment - We focus on understanding the client's situation and the essence of their needs. Attention is given to establishing the client relationship and developing a proposal.
Insight - We work with the client to fully understand the current situation, developing insights about the key opportunities for development or improvement. Project goals are defined and how we will work together to achieve these goals is agreed.
Planning - The client and consultant develop and evaluate potential solutions. The client selects the most preferred way forward and a detailed action plan is developed and resourced.
Implementation - While the client has direct control for this phase, the consultant typically works collaboratively with the client; hence sharing the responsibility for successful implementation.
Closure - We transition out of the project team once the goals have been achieved or strategies are in place to ensure improvements are sustainable. Closure is complete once the project has been reviewed and any ‘loose-ends' addressed to the clients satisfaction.
