In addition to her STRATUM Ltd role, Jo is a Project Manager with the Central Region's Technical Advisory Service. She is also an Authorised Consultant with the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation.
Prior to establishing an independent consultancy company in 1992, Jo was a lecturer at Massey University and a service manager within the health and disability industry.

Jo specialises in working with service / knowledge organisations, for example health and tertiary education organisations, local and central government, and not-for-profit organisations.

She has particular expertise in project management, small group facilitation, facilitating organisational self-assessment against the internationally proven Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, action learning, qualitative and mixed methods research.
